Maison Nivon

Maison Nivon, the historic bakery and patisserie founded in 1856, has expanded with a new 470 m² location in the south of Valence, opened in late 2024. Designed by architect Aldric Beckmann and designer Laurent Bardet, the project blends tradition with a contemporary customer experience.

The space includes a retail area, production laboratories, terrace, drive-through, snacking zone, click & collect service and an events area, all conceived to support both functionality and brand identity.

TPC contributed to the interior fit-out, supplying banquettes, tables, chairs and stools selected to complement the warm materials, clean lines and distinctive colour palette. The result is a welcoming and cohesive environment that balances comfort, durability and design.
